Kevin Sanders

Hailing from a small town outside of Little Rock, Arkansas, Dr. Kevin Sanders has been a performer and clinician in Europe, and North and South America. His musical talents began to develop while attending the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, a boarding school for aspiring young artists. After graduating from Interlochen, he attended Indiana University, earning a Bachelors degree, and continued his studies at The Juilliard School of Music, graduating with a Masters degree. He also holds a Doctorate from Michigan State University.

Dr. Sanders is a member of the Memphis Brass Quintet and has performed with the American Brass Quintet, New Mexico Symphony, Spoleto USA Festival Orchestra, New World Symphony, Chicago Civic Orchestra, and Columbus Philharmonic. In 1999, Dr. Sanders was selected as one of nine Americans to play with the Jeunesse Musicales World Orchestra for their North American and European tours.

Arkansas Bandmaster's Association Conference, July 28-31, 2010 Dr. Sanders will be giving the clinic "Breathing Gym for your Band".
